With closed fists and your thumbs held out, move your hands towards your closed eyes.
Starting from the inner corners of your eyes, rub gentle circles on your right eye with your right thumb and on your left eye with your left thumb.
Keep doing this exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Release your fingers and repeat.
Sculpt Your Jaw

With a closed fist, place your left hand on the outside of your jaw. Your thumb should be facing downwards.

Close your eyes and inhale deeply.
As you exhale, pronounce "Om" slowly and gradually. Try to feel the vibration in your chest with this deep utterance.
Repeat this for 5-10 minutes.
