We offer two yoga classes a day on our yoga retreats: a morning class and a heavenly restorative Yin yoga class in the evening is very relaxing. Our morning Asana class requires some yoga experience while the evening class is suitable for all levels.

Yes, beginners are welcome! Our retreats are designed to accommodate all age groups and levels of yoga practitioners comfortably.

Group sizes vary by retreat. Our largest, the Rishikesh retreat, hosts over 75 participants. Most other retreats accommodate 25-40 people. We welcome both men and women, ages 21 to 60!

We serve simple sattvic vegetarian meals, including two main meals and afternoon tea. Our food is local, organic, and follows a yogic diet. While we can't cater to specific diets like Jain, vegan, or gluten-free, we usually have at least one option for everyone. If you have specific dietary needs, you can order food separately.

Yes! We have double and single occupancy rooms available and in some retreats even triple occupancy. When possible we will find partners for you to share your room with who are like-minded.

We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, although some retreats do provide them.

Flights and travel to and from the hotel /resort are not included in the package pricing. We assist you in arranging everything through our travel partners.

The standard check-in time is 12 noon on the day the retreat starts and the checkout is the12 noon on the day of departure.

Full payments are required 2 weeks prior to the retreat. If not completed, wait-listed participants may take your spot. No installments, discounts, or cash payments are accepted. No refunds are provided. Under extenuating circumstances, payments can be transferred to another retreat after cancellation costs. No refunds within 48 hours of the retreat. The retreat is non-transferable to another person.
