About this space.
It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 newly constructed, designer bathrooms. The apartment is truly unique and has been designed using only eco friendly, sustainable and conscious materials. The art on the wall is made by artist Tanaji and everything in the flat in designed by local artisans. Our building is RIGHT on Versova beach and the apartment has beach views.
The space
We have two bedrooms, each with a double bed and attached luxury bathroom. We are RIGHT on the beach, with beautiful views, and a 2-minute beach-side access. Parking is on the premise. Another side is the main roadside.
Guest access
Our caretaker Bhushan will meet you on arrival at the building. If incase he is unavailable then, key can be collected from the guard at the main gate. Access to the main road as well as a beautiful Versova Beach.
Other things to note

Our House keeper comes once a day to clean up the place post 10 am.

If you need the house keeper to help with your personal house work will be charged seperately

If you need to use the Washing machine charged seperately

There will be penalties if damaged to our property

Upon check in Liability form to be signed as a General rule of the House

ID copies to be shared to the person incharge of Beach Queen

Only basic necessities are provided by us. Rest of the essentials like Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Washing Powder, Shampoos, toiletries are arranged by the guest itself.

Strictly followed the protocol of the house rules.

Important note: Just for your information, we have the construction work is going on beside our building between 10-5 pm. Its not much of any disturbance. A bit of Road work everywhere in Mumbai.

Versova is a really chic neighborhood, centrally located and in the middle of wonderful cafes, restaurants, gyms, bars, parks, night-life etc. It is connected to public transport, and everything is a stones throw away. Transportation is easily available.

Very easy to get Rickshaws right down the building, Buses available every point, Uber, Olas easily available. Metro Station/Railway closeby.
