This all white, beautiful apartment belongs to a prominent Bollywood Producer and is designer for a peaceful, luxurious stay with some amazing photos. Our apartment has the most fabulous view of the ocean. You feel like you’re literally living on the sea! It’s a 1 BHK with cozy bedroom, shower/ bath, a Kitchenette, Basic amenities. It’s the perfect place to do yoga so we provide yoga mats for your stay!
The space
Our space is perfect for Singles, couples or a small family/ friends.
Our apartment has been booked for private proposals, romantic dinners since it has the best view of the city.
This is a 1 BHK, so it has one bedroom, designed bathroom /shower, Diwan type sofas can be used as a comfortable beds. Additional mattress can be placed on the floor for extra guests ( max 4 in the flat.)
The kitchenette/ bar is great for your morning coffee! There is an Induction stove provided with basic Utensils, Crockeries, Cutleries etc. which can be cooked small and light meals, Microwave, Toaster and Refrigerator etc.
Guest access
The entire apartment + public areas of building including parking lot which has a small walking area.
Other things to note

Our Housekeeper comes post 10 am or earlier. He will be available till 6 pm

If you need the housekeeper to help with your personal housework will be charged separately

If you need to use the washing machine charged separately

There will be penalties if damaged to our property

Upon check in Liability form to be signed as a General rule of the House

ID copies to be shared to the person incharge of Beach Queen

Only basic necessities are provided by us. Rest of the essentials like Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Washing Powder, Shampoos, toiletries are arranged by the guest itself.

Strictly followed the protocol of the house rules.

Important note: Just for your information, we have the construction work is going on beside our building between 10-5 pm. It's not much of any disturbance. A bit of Road work everywhere in Mumbai.
