About the Event
In this workshop, you will learn how to use yoga to support women’s menstrual and mental health through cycle awareness.

- Anyone who has struggled with their cycles and wants a deeper understanding
- Those with PCOD/ PCOS who want to connect to thier cycles and learn postures.
- Women going through menopause
- Sexual health practitioners
This course will empower you to learn and spread this knowledge becoming an educator for women’s hormonal health, especially if you are already a yoga, fitness or health professional.
A Yoga Alliance USA certificate will be awarded at the end of the workshop.
The day will be split into 2 sections of learning and practice:
You will Learn:
- The intelligence of your menstrual cycle
- Changes in energy levels and moods through the month
- Support natural fertility, emotional stability and physical fitness
- Knowledge of a woman’s natural life stages including menopause.
You will Learn and Practice:
- Exercises for pelvic organ health
- Meditations to reduce stress
- Sequences to increase emotional & physical stability
- Yin Yoga poses to support the kidney and liver meridians
- Yoga Asanas to support hormonal and yoni health
