About the Event
- Joining Ira to teach the class is Siddyogini Jhanava Sundari from Italy. She is a chakra healer who works with essential oils and energy and has healed thousands worldwide. She will be using aromatherapy and doing chakra healing during our Yin yoga class.
- This is your opportunity to return home to yourself, feel a deeper connection within your subtle body, and get the answers from your best teacher- you!
- Ira weaves her energetic wisdom that’s a blend of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing into this class.
- All the participants will get Bombucha Kombucha post the event.
- You will leave this restorative yoga class feeling both grounded and lighter.
- The first part of the class will drop you into a more relaxed and embodied state that combines longer-held restorative poses, sound healing, and an opportunity to dive deep into your subtle body.
- We'll end our class with the Vision Quest, which is a way for you to journey in a conscious dreaming state to access your own healing power, inner truth, and magical parts of yourself.
- Come with an open mind, wear clothes to relax and stay cozy in, and get ready for a journey to meet the magical.
