About the Event

  • This is your opportunity to return home to yourself and feel a deeper connection within your subtle body.
  • Ira weaves her energetic wisdom that’s a blend of Yin Yoga, sound healing and cranio-sacral therapy into this class.  You will leave this restorative yoga class feeling both grounded and lighter.  
  • The first part of class will drop you into a more relaxed and embodied state that combines longer-held restorative poses, sound healing and an opportunity to dive deep into your subtle body.  
  • We'll end our class with the Vision Quest, a conscious dreaming state to access your own healing power, inner truth and magical parts of yourself. 
  • Come with an open mind and get ready for a journey to meet the magical.  
  • This class is appropriate for all levels and modifications are given for any injuries.
