Embark on a transformative journey with our Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC). Dive deep into the ancient practice of Yin Yoga, exploring the subtleties of long-held poses and their profound impact on the body and mind. Our comprehensive Yin Yoga TTC provides in-depth knowledge of anatomy, energy meridians, and meditation techniques, empowering you to guide others on their yin yoga journey.

Yin yoga is a passive, slow-moving style of yoga in which poses are held for three to five minutes, or even longer. Rather than focusing on the muscles, the technique works on the connective tissues. Yin yoga is intended to promote flexibility and better joint circulation. Extended holding of the pose allows for a deep release and stretch of the connective tissues. This prolonged period of standing in one position promotes calmness, patience, and reflection. In contrast to more vigorous yoga forms that emphasize activating the muscles, it works on the connective tissues.

Yin yoga frequently combines meditation and mindfulness techniques. Long-held poses enable practitioners to focus inward, pay attention to their bodies, and develop a meditative attitude. Many sitting and reclining poses are part of yin yoga. Many of these positions are modified versions of traditional Hatha Yoga poses that emphasize connecting tissue stretching. The body can be supported in poses by props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets, which guarantee comfort and encourage relaxation. People can find the right edge in each posture without straining by using props.

Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) at Yoglove is a specialty program created for people who want to expand their knowledge and abilities in the teaching and practice of yin yoga. Small class sizes and a ratio of theory to practice that is well-balanced allow for better one-on-one attention for each student. You are provided with excellent opportunities to study the tenets and philosophy of Yin Yoga, which include ideas about Yin and Yang and the advantages of a passive practice. Along with learning and practicing a range of Yin Yoga poses, they also gain knowledge of proper alignment, prop use, and body type modification.

During the course you get a thorough understanding of how Yin Yoga impacts the body's connective tissues, joints, and energy flow through carefully chosen self-paced modules. To create a harmonious and balanced practice, you get to learn how to plan and organize Yin Yoga sessions through live classes. Through group practices, you learn how to incorporate mindfulness exercises and meditation into Yin Yoga classes, as well as how to use props appropriately and adjust for individual students. Sessions on chakras discussion & topics of anatomy pertinent to Yin Yoga, emphasizing the variances and variations in skeletons among individuals further improve your understanding. Additionally, the peer feedback session helps you to become better version of yourself.

Emphasis is given to the importance of maintaining a personal Yin Yoga practice to deepen your knowledge and embodiment of the practice. Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training program is dual registered with Yoga Alliance and Ayush Mantralaya, providing double recognized certification upon completion.
