ABOUT YOGA-THON 2.0
Yoga-thon is a full-day virtual yoga event organized by Ira Yoga Wellness to celebrate Independence Day on August 15. All our sessions will be focussed on IMMUNITY BUILDING. Participants will get an opportunity to learn and practice different forms of yoga from expert teachers. The event will be LIVE on ZOOM from
