MEET THE FOUNDER
Ira Trivedi is a best-selling author and yoga acharya. She has written eight books, including fiction, non-fiction, and children’s books.
Her book "India in Love, Marriage, and Sexuality in the 21st century" is a landmark book on India’s new social revolution in marriage and sexuality. Ira’s books have been published by leading publishers in India and internationally. They have been translated into several languages. Ira writes for leading publications in India and around the world, including Foreign Affairs and Foreign Policy.
She has won several awards for her work, including the UK Media Award for her work on bride trafficking and the New Indian Express Devi Women’s Award for dynamism and innovation. In 2017, she was honoured as one of BBC’s 100 most influential women in the world. Ira is regularly invited to speak and comment on news channels around the world on issues of gender and culture.
In addition to her work as a writer, Ira is a Master of Yoga or Yoga Acharya. She has two yoga shows in India, including one on Doordarshan National, India’s national channel, and India Today, a leading English channel. She is the author of "The 10-minute Yoga Solution" and My Book of Yoga series featuring "Om the Yoga Dog".
Ira teaches yoga around the world and was a part of the team leading the first International Day of Yoga at Rajpath New Delhi, where two Guinness World Records were created- for the largest yoga lesson and for the most nationalities in a yoga lesson. She is the founder of Namami Yoga, a charity that teaches yoga and life skills to underprivileged children.
Ira has lived all over the world: in four countries, nine cities and three continents. She graduated from Wellesley College, Massachusetts, USA with a BA in Economics and completed her MBA from Columbia Business School, where she won the prestigious Feldberg Fellowship for demonstrating extraordinary leadership potential, as well as academic excellence. Ira currently lives in New Delhi, India.

MEET THE TEAM
Anchal Pilani has a diverse teaching experience spanning the Middle East and India. She has been teaching for the last 9 years, leaving corporate America to pursue her passion for Yoga & Wellness. She especially caters to mothers who find it hard to bring back their bodies and health post motherhood. She also teaches Vedanta to young kids.
Maïwenn, the Yogi Ballerina, has built up her body knowledge through the intense practice of ballet, contemporary dance and gymnastics since her younger age. The discipline acquired on the floor of the best ballet studios gave her the opportunity to explore other facets of the artistic scene. Multi talented, she has learnt aerial silks with a French circus company, but also pole dancing and even Burlesque with a Parisian troupe.
Ankita is a yoga teacher, sound healer, a wellness and mindfulness enthusiast from New Delhi, India. She teaches various styles of yoga- Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga and holds 600 hours of teacher training. For Ankita, yoga is all about the journey because it is a lifetime of practice and a way of life!
Pooja is a Yoga and Pilates instructor currently living in Abu Dhabi. Having lived in many countries while growing up, she has always been drawn towards her Indian traditions and culture and began practicing Yoga at an early age. Today, she is passionately sharing the gift of Yoga through her teachings.
Vanshika has been studying yoga and meditation for the past 5 years. She has been trained in multiple disciplines from Hatha, Iyengar and restorative yoga. She has lived in the Himalayas to deepen her understanding of pranic healing and has been extensively teaching classes since then helping people develop body and mind awareness alongside physical strength. Her classes are a combination of both dynamic and a grounding practice.
Akshit is a Yoga blogger and a Yoga teacher. He specializes in Hatha Yoga and Acro Yoga. Formerly being a national tennis player, he understands various anatomical aspects of the body. he started practicing meditation since the age of 13, which became a part of his life. Through his teachings, he induces meditation, breathing and movement practices in harmony.
Neelam Kandiyal is a trained and certified yoga therapist with a Master's degree in Yoga. Coming from Rishikesh, she has grown around a very yoga centric ecosystem, learning the art in its unalloyed form. She specializes in Hatha Yoga and has also learnt different styles like Iyengar and Ashtanga. Her classes are heavily focused on alignment, breathing techniques, and self-awareness. Neelam has been training Yogis from all age groups and segments including prenatal yoga.
Greta Tigras is a Holistic Wellness Coach & Intuitive Healer with experience in the field over 8 years. Her teachings are deeply rooted in yogic tradition, combining ancient yogic techniques with the modern mindfulness and a touch of mysticism.
Ajachi Anthwal is an engineer turned yogini from New Delhi, India. She is a certified yoga instructor having completed her training at Mysore. A mountain girl at heart, she specialises in mindful art and journaling to help manifest the untapped positive energy that is thriving within each of us. She teaches yoga to kids with an aim to help build a mindful and sustainable lifestyle from an early age. With a deep rooted sense of serenity reflecting in her calm and steady voice that helps ease all struggles, she has always followed one mantra for her healing energy -
