Class: Welcome to the yoga wonderland.
Theme: What is Yoga? Why do we do yoga?
Activity: Ask yourself how is your brain feeling and how is your heart feeling? And draw the same

Day 2

Class: Look at me Mom, I am so strong.
Theme: Strength
Activity: Draw their version of superman/wonder woman and reflect on What is your superpower? What would you do with it?

Day 3

Class: My Slumber party with Om the dog

Theme: Better Sleep

Activity: Different types of breathing exercises and drawing them to refer later. Balloon breath, starfish etc
