SCHEDULE

Weekday classes with Ira + Team Yog Love (MON-FRI) - 6.30 pm - 7.35 pm IST 

Weekend classes with Ira Trivedi (SAT, SUN) 9 am - 10.15 am IST

All classes are Live and Interactive

 

  • Monday: Full body flow 

  • Tuesday: Core asana/Fat busting asanas

  • Wednesday: Hips + Hamstrings

  • Thursday: Warrior series = strong legs 

  • Friday: Full body flow

  • Saturday: (75 minutes) Sun salutation challenge followed by deep relaxation

  • Sunday: (75 minutes) Pranayama, Yin Yoga and Meditation

Suitable for beginners + for those at an intermediate level, this challenge will help you form a daily habit and go deeper into your practice 

WONDERING HOW?
  • Equipment needed:  yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap/belt

  • Diet guidelines and tips will be shared regularly throughout the course 

  • You can send in your videos for asana correction over email
